Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, with the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unopened, and with original packaging and tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be included with the return.
2. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Items On Sale/Discount
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or websites other than our official store
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at ahs502@g.harvard.edu with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Return Authorization: We will look into if the item is refundable
- Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely with the original packing slip and your RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package. You are responsible for shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the return process to send back the item.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
