1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, with the following conditions:

• Items must be in original condition: unused, unopened, and with original packaging and tags still attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be included with the return.

• Products purchased from third-party retailers or websites other than our official store

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at ahs502@g.harvard.edu with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
• Return Authorization: We will look into if the item is refundable
• Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely with the original packing slip and your RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package. You are responsible for shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
• You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
